Coordination, Management and IPR

WP6 will provide efficient administrative, technical and scientific coordination and management of the project, efficient communication with EC officer(s) and with project Advisory Board (AB). Ensure that the scientific and technical milestones and deliverables are achieved timely and in compliance with the agreed project timeline. Ensure project quality assessment, efficient internal consortium communication, monitoring of project progress, coordination of project’s governing bodies and adoption of efficient contingency measures. To coordinate the activities aimed in the identification, management and protection of Chrom_rare intellectual property.
