Dissecting the genetic, epigenetic and topological determinants of CPs

WP2 will establish the role of epigenetic changes and 3D chromatin organization in the pathogenesis of CPs, defining their contribution to both the genetic and non-genetic function of the genome, determining its contribution to the phenotypic alterations characterizing CPs.
