WP3 will define the aberrant regulatory circuitry inferred through multivariate analyses; to test the functional relevance of these regulatory elements in CPs for the identification of novel and specific therapeutic targets, suitable for drug treatment; to define the efficacy of selected drugs targeting the chromatin regulators and mechano-signalling using in vitro and in vivo diseases models for CPs.
